A few honest weirdos

Singular objects that belong to nobody but themselves.

A few honest weirdos

Some objects belong to nobody but themselves. They land at Tiger Dust the way odd things do — through a friend, through an estate, through a "you'll know what to do with this" kind of conversation.

Skink Angel

The Skink Angel is one of one. A real skull, gold wings, a body wrapped in metallic ribbon and seed beads. She lives in the back room and watches new arrivals being unpacked. Most things in the shop are weird; she's the benchmark. $150.

Sacred Heart plate with comic speech bubbles

A decorative wall plate. Sacred Heart in the center. We've added speech bubbles. Lifetime Warranty. Locally Made (Channai). Artisanal! 100% Steel. It's perfect. We can't part with it. It's also for sale.

Lourdes Water apothecary

Lourdes Water — pure, undiluted, from the sacred grotto in Lourdes, France. Wash with it, spit it, dab it on, or just keep it near you. Good for body, mind, and spirit. We are not making any medical claims. We are also not, technically, not making any medical claims.

Porcelain doll with fanged puppet, NO FUTURE

Found together at the same estate. Came with the card. Came with the card.

A mossy bearded figure

Whatever this is. He hasn't told us his name yet.

A wunderkammer in Seminole Heights, Tampa — the shop that kept the weird ones.

New arrivals, event nights, the occasional rambling essay. No spam — we barely check email ourselves.
