Est. 2022 — Seminole Heights

Our Story

How It Started

Tiger Dust opened its doors in February 2022, born from a lifetime of collecting. Laura Sefkow and her crew have been haunting thrift stores, estate sales, and flea markets since they were teenagers — visiting hundreds of shops over the years, pulling the strange and the beautiful from the overlooked.

The result is a wunderkammer — a wonder room — tucked into a Suite B on Florida Avenue in the heart of Seminole Heights.

What We Are

Part antique store, part gallery, part oddity shop, part arcade. We don't fit neatly into a category and we like it that way. Every item has been chosen because it made someone stop and stare.

We carry taxidermy and animal skulls, vintage occult and esoteric books, handcrafted mystical jewelry, crystals, fossils, creepy dolls, vintage furniture, original art, posters, VHS tapes, vintage magazines — and we have free pinball machines, because a wonder room should also be fun.

The Vibe

"At Tiger Dust, it's always Halloween." That's the guiding principle. You can get your fix of spooky, strange, and spectacular any time of year. No waiting for October.

The staff knows their stuff and loves to talk about it. Pricing is fair. Negotiation is welcome. The door is open to anyone who likes weird stuff.

Dysfunctional Grace
